Shin Ha-Gyun plays a character with a speech impediment, caused by his short tongue. In order to earn money for corrective surgery, he becomes a hired killer, and decides to only kill rude people. No Mercy for the Rude is directed by Park Chul-Hee, who previously wrote the screenplay for the horror Face.
